SMS Terms of Service

By opting into SMS from a web form, paper form, phone call, or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from DiaHealth Solutions. This includes SMS messages for delivery notifications, account notifications, and customer care.

Who is sending the messages

Types of messages

If you opt in, you can expect informational texts about an existing supply order. These are not marketing messages. Message types include:

Delivery notifications, such as shipment, out-for-delivery, and delivery updates.
Account notifications, such as upcoming refill or reorder notices and items needed to release an existing order.
Customer care, such as replies to a question about an order, a shipping address check, or a missing document.

Frequency, rates, and consent

Messaging frequency may vary and will generally not exceed 5 texts per order. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not required to receive your diabetes supplies or other services from DiaHealth Solutions.

We ask for consent on an intake or resupply call, or through an optional checkbox on a patient form. The checkbox is not pre-checked. We keep a record of the consent.

How to opt out or get help

To opt out at any time, text STOP. You may also text UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. After you opt out, you will receive one confirmation and no further texts unless you opt in again by texting START.

Standard text messaging is not encrypted. Do not send sensitive medical details by text. We will not use texts to send diagnoses, test results, or medication details.

Texts are sent to U.S. mobile numbers that can receive SMS. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service may not be available in all areas.
